Meet Our Team

Ever comfortable around numbers, Keith obtained his BSE-Mathematics degree in 1978. While managing his own employee benefits consulting firm, Keith obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1988. In 1989, Keith was admitted to the practice law. For the duration, Keith has been a consultant to multiple national commercial real estate developers and construction general contractors.

Reece has extensive experience in both financial and operational roles in industries ranging from commercial real estate and construction to manufacturing and wholesale distribution. His 40 years of experience includes serving as CFO, COO and General Manager in a variety of businesses.

For the last 10 years Reece has provided consulting services to a variety of small to medium sized businesses in a variety of industries. Prior to his self-employment consulting and industry employment, Mr. Goodman spent 9 years in the audit division of a “Big 8” public accounting firm. Mr. Goodman has been a licensed CPA in Texas since 1981.

With a background in full-cycle real estate development, JT provides strategic leadership for the firm’s portfolio of build-to-suit and fee development projects.
